Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and POPisM INC, a Delaware stock corporation (“Company”), for the hitplus app and www.hitplus.io (the “Service”). Use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
1. Nature of the Service
hitplus offers ichiban-kuji style recreational prize draws. Prize counts are set before sale; a draw maps to a remaining ticket. The Service is not a casino, a securities offering, or investment advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. We may verify age. Drawing for others to evade limits is prohibited.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for account security. Report unauthorized use to Official@hitplus.io.
4. Purchases and pools
Price, remaining counts, and special rules are as shown in the live pool. Draws are generally non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.
5. Fulfillment
Digital prizes are delivered as disclosed. Physical prizes depend on stock, customs, and carriers. Delays from inaccurate shipping data are yours.
6. Prohibited conduct
No attacks, draw manipulation, unauthorized resale of accounts, fake transactions, or interference with others.
7. Intellectual property
The hitplus name, marks, and interface belong to POPisM INC. Third-party characters or goods remain with their owners and appear under license.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is.” Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages. Liability for a claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to Company in the 90 days related to that dispute.
9. Governing law
Delaware law governs (without conflict-of-law rules). Where permitted, courts in Delaware have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence still apply.
